Jacqueline Hassink spheres of influence
Watch a short interview with the Dutch photographer Jacqueline Hassink talk about his book "fields of influence. Arab Women Business Leaders in a new economy ', part of the Aperture Curated Collection In this clip, Hassink explains the origin of the project, as set with the Arab International Women's Forum for up to thirty six powerful Arab women by eighteen Arab countries and has created a unique portrait of them, capturing both the conference and dining tablestables, and not their faces. Hassink offers us both a surreal and incredibly intimate picture of how his subjects to imagine and project their identities and positions. In turn, as Hassink writes this kind of portrait reveals much about women in business and how people make work and living environments to reflect their culture and personality. Hassink also provides information in the design of the book by Irma Boom. Finally, explains the different layers ofhis aesthetics of art projects for society. It 'just that kind of powerful, unique approach that has earned her a wide range of admirers. I've noticed over the years that my work is not only appreciated in the art world, but also in other sectors of society, is Hassink. architectural values, sociological and economic are all invited to contribute to my way of thinking at work.
