Attitude - a career lesson Edit

When I started my career as a network was a pretty shy person. The thought of picking up a phone and call a stranger I was shocked.

I literally sat at my desk staring at the phone for hours trying to find the courage to call my door. E 'was ridiculous, but my mind has found a way to justify my inaction as an excuse or the other.

The problem stems from my lack of ability, leadership and authority, due to a lack of confidence. If I call my door, Icame from a position of weakness, need and desperation.

I spent every spare penny I had on a leash and tools, and I had a new sponsor representative, if I could fast money and a failure.

The desperation, need, and lack of confidence was on the phone and people have used it to give them power. I came from a position of servitude, doing everything possible to please and promise to keep on site.

This is a big problem with peopleNew in this sector. You will never build an organization or sponsor the right people until you have a mentality to a mentality Alpha Beta.

It 's impossible, because people only join the Alpha leader. The good news is that the status of Beta can be overcome with a little 'training.
